Account access

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or your email and password. If you use email sign-in and forget your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

Stylist connections

A stylist can find you by your exact username and send a request. Finding you never grants access by itself: open Account in Chevoire and approve the request before the stylist can work with your passport.

Privacy and deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the Account screen. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

When contacting support, do not send your password or social sign-in credentials.
