Chevoire
Hair passport
Version 1.1 — 5 August 2026
Chevoire keeps a record of your haircuts. Your barber or stylist photographs the finished cut and records a voice note explaining what they did; you own that record and can show it to any other barber. You can also book appointments with a stylist who uses Chevoire.
The photos, video, voice notes and notes in your passport are yours. You give Chevoire permission to store them and to show them to the stylists you approve and to anyone you deliberately share your passport with, at the access level you pick. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Notes, formulas and any wellness content in Chevoire come from stylists and from general reading. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or a trichologist about hair loss, scalp conditions or any reaction to a product or treatment.
Chevoire is a new app and is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available, error-free or that a feature will keep working the same way. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
You can delete your account in the app at any time — that permanently removes your passport, your media, your bookings and your sign-in identities. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we have to stop running the service, and we will give you notice where we reasonably can.
If we change these terms we will update these terms, change the version and date at the top, and update the copy inside the app. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
